Wonderful read and credo on how to get more out of life and take advantage of whatever comes across your way in life. I thought I was pretty free and did what I want, and wasn't sure I was going to get much out of this book. Well, I was very wrong.Turns out there are a lot of mental blocks and limiting beliefs I didn't even know I had. It's that little feeling when you want to do something, but you make an excuse for not doing it. that's what I was dealing with and kind of discovered.My favorite chapter is a recipe for adventure and it had some cool perspectives and exercises.

Good strategies. I liked the real life examples used because they showed me exactly what could be done with the advice on breaking out of the comfort zone. It's about confidence and bravery and courage, but that doesn't matter if you don't know the first step to take. Get both with this awesome book and learn what is definitely NOT common sense about living fearlessly.

Essentially a CBT approach to reducing fear of the unknown. Great review of basic CBT mixed some mindfulness. Probably something that should be reviewed on a regular schedule.

Amazing! My lifestyle is fairly chaotic where systems and order have a tendency to break down which is why I bought this book. To end the frustration. Lots of great advice on how to step out of perceived routines. Stuff I guess I already suspected but was too afraid to actually follow through on because it was against the "RULES."

This is a great book to learn how to get out of your comfort zone if you feel stuck. I highly recommend it.
